This 100% pure Syrah is the perfect expression of our Gill Creek Ranch vineyard, oriented at 47.5˚ from north for optimal, even ripening. Unfolding aromas of Boysenberries and plums with molasses blanket a scrumptious orange quince-glazed smoked ham, slow-roasted over an open fire. These notes move seamlessly into dark balanced flavors of toasted oak, leather and jammy berries with a crescendo array of fig, orange peel and licorice spices. 200 cases. Limit 6 bottles per person.
