Each Fusion Friday features complimentary appetizers, wine tasting and live music. Even a limited number of dinners may be available for an additional modest charge.
Other great events, such as ZinFest and Oyster Sunday are back by popular demand. We look forward to seeing you in our tasting room, open daily from noon to 5pm!
First Fusion Friday
Friday, May 1, 2009, 5 – 7:30 p.m. at Borra Vineyards
Featuring Scooters California Grill with live music by Tapestry

This Friday is dedicated to your good health. Combine the very healthy fresh creations of Scooters with heart-friendly Red Fusion and you wind up with a classy way to start your first day of the weekend.
ZinFest Wine Festival
Saturday, May 16, 2009, 12 – 7 p.m. at Lodi Lake
Featuring 50 wineries, great restaurants and live music
$35/$45 (at the gate) admission
Gather your friends and visit us at our booth during Lodi’s 5th annual extravaganza of wonderful food, music, education and fun. Come to the "Blending Tent", where our own Assistant Winemaker, Markus Niggli, will guide you through the fine points of the art of blending to craft great wines. Oyster Sunday

Featuring Steve Borra on the Fusion Q with live music by Domingo Hipona
Admission (price TBA) includes wine tasting and souvenir wine glass
Steve Borra and his Crew of Oyster Schuckers will be manning the Fusion Q serving Oysters Hot Off the Grill. Relax and enjoy a Spring afternoon on the lawn while listening to the sounds of a live band. P.S. There’ll be Italian Sausage for the non-oyster fans. Ciao!

The most perfect of settings for any wine lover: sunset in a sea of vines with plenty of world-class grapes getting ready to start ripening. We’ve also booked one of the best bands around – Stringin’ Along – for a lively background of blues, blugrass and beyond. The ideal ending for this night would be hot tub built for two!

Moussaka. Gyros. Sound Greek to you? You’re right! Mediterranean neighbors of our Italian Piedmontese forefathers will be allowing you to pretend that you are on the island of Santorini, drinking wine from huge goblets. We have a feeling our Fusion is a much better pairing than the wine of the ancients.

One can never have enough BBQ, especially in Lodi! Waterloo’s secret ingredient is Bette’s World Famous Black Barbeque Sauce. Here at the winery we never can get enough of it. We aren’t telling you which of our wines goes best with these mouth-watering grilled meats, you’ll have to find out for yourself!

Come and see how well Fusion blends with authentic, refined Mexican cuisine. We are excited to welcome Lodi's newest local restaurant, Revolución 1910 to share a selection of their inspired creations that leave your old chips and salsa in the dust. Sergio on acoustic guitar will serenade you with contemporary Spanish ballads. Bring your sombrero and señorita!

All we have to do is say the word “event” and Steve jumps in his truck and heads off to Lockeford Sausage. He’ll be serving up these favorite appetizer selections inspired by his Mediterranean roots while you enjoy a rare sampling of our newest 2009 wines served straight from the barrels they’re still fermenting in. Wine & Chocolate Weekend

Enjoy a weekend of Wine & Chocolate during our 12th annual Wine & Chocolate Extravaganza! A feast for your ears and your stomach! Live music and delectable treats await you. Travel from winery to winery throughout the Lodi Appellation tasting world-class wines, savoring delectable chocolates, and listening to a variety of music. Tickets are $35 in advance or $45 at the door. Price includes a souvenir wine glass, commemorative chocolate bar, wine tasting, and map to all participating wineries.
